I have gained some valuable experience in recent years contributing to radio programs (Walk in My Shoes Radio in 2014, 2015 & 2016), Dublin City Radio (September 2016), Spin FM (October, 2016) and some TV recordings.

I really enjoy working in such environments and contributing to such media outlets.

As a sport psychologist working in a digital age, I also know the importance of communicating my research, writings and applied work, especially to the general public, as well as my academic peers and students. I am publicly active on Twitter and Linked-In. These social media networks have helped me to communicate and engage with a wide audience who are interested in my discipline of sport and performance psychology.
